This course provides a study of the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) with reference to the nature and legality of the sale of goods, warranties, nature and kinds of commercial paper, negotiability, methods of transfer and secured transactions.
Students taking the CPA examination are strongly encouraged to take this course as a Business Elective.
