The Leadership
and Change Management concentration teaches students
valuable change management process skills and
prepares them to use and apply these skills in
a wide range of organizations in the new economy.
Students can select courses from
the following four areas: entrepreneurial management,
technology management, leadership, and international
business. Additionally, students are encouraged
to acquire expertise in another functional area
of business (such as information systems management
or supply chain management).
Leadership and Change Management provides students
with the flexibility to customize course selections
to meet specific job interests. Career opportunities
include a wide variety of management, consulting
and entrepreneurial positions in organizations
ranging in size from sole proprietorships to
multinational firms. |
