Ronald H. Muhlenkamp is founder and
president of Muhlenkamp & Company, Inc., established
in 1977 to manage private accounts for individuals
and institutions. In 1988, Muhlenkamp & Company
launched a no-load mutual fund as an investment
vehicle for all investors, no matter their
asset size.
A top-rated investment manager,
frequent guest of the media, and featured
speaker at investment shows nationwide,
Mr. Muhlenkamp's entire business career
has been devoted to the professional management
of investment portfolios. His work since
1968 has been focused on extensive studies
of investment management philosophies, both
fundamental and technical. As a result of
this research, he developed a proprietary
method of evaluating both equity and fixed
income securities, which continues to be
employed by Muhlenkamp & Company. In
addition to publishing his quarterly newsletter,
Muhlenkamp Memorandum,
Mr. Muhlenkamp is
the author of Ron's Road to Wealth:
Insights for the Curious Investor. Mr. Muhlenkamp
received a Bachelor of Science degree in
Engineering from M.I.T. in 1966, and a Masters
in Business Administration from the Harvard
Business School in 1968. He holds a Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He and
his wife, Connie, make their home on a farm
near Pittsburgh, but travel extensively to
meet and talk with companies and clients
around the country.
The majority of Mr. Muhlenkamp's
long-term investment assets are invested
in the company's self-named mutual

Michael D. Weiner is the director of
U.S. equities and the director of equity
research. He is also a member of the Investment
Policy Committee and the Investment Strategy
Committees for BNY Mellon Wealth Management.
Mr.
Weiner joined the firm in 2004 and has
more than 22 years of investment experience.
Previously, Mr. Weiner was a managing director
of Banc One Investment Advisors where he
directed the diversified strategies team
which managed mutual funds, institutional
accounts and private wealth equity portfolios.
He was also the director of equity research,
building a team of 18 analysts and a disciplined
equity valuation process. Prior to his
affiliation with Banc One Investment Advisors,
Mr. Weiner had been a director of EI DuPont
Pension Fund Investments, where he combined
the traditional roles of director of research
and head of U.S. equities. He built a team
and an equity process that was global in
scope.
Mr.
Weiner earned a bachelor's degree from
Duquesne University and his master of business
administration from the University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Weiner is
a member of the Pittsburgh Society of Financial
Analysts and is a CFA charter holder. |

Deborah A. Cunningham is a Senior Vice
President/Chief Investment Officer, Taxable

Bill graduated from Grove City College
in May 1981 with a B.A. in Accounting. He
received a Juris Doctorate degree in May
1985 from Duquesne University's School
of Law.
Bill joined USX in June 1981 as an accounting
trainee. Through 1984, he served
in the accounting organization of five
different steel plants all in the Pittsburgh
area. In November of 1984, Bill began
a series of assignments in the USX Tax
Department, first as an analyst and then
as a tax attorney. In 1987, he was
assigned as an analyst and subsequently
as a senior analyst on USX=s Corporate
Staff, writing speeches for executive management,
consolidating corporate forecasts and preparing
SEC submissions.
In March of 1989, Bill became the administrative
assistant to W. E. Swales, Vice Chairman
of USX. Bill joined Marathon Oil
Company, a subsidiary of USX, in 1990 as
the Supervisor of the State and Local Tax
Section and was appointed Manager of the
U.S. Income and Franchise Tax Section in
1992. In March 1994, he transferred
to United States Steel and Carnegie Pension
Fund as an Investment Analyst. Bill
progressed from an analyst covering financial
stocks to a portfolio manager and currently
the Vice President – Investments. Responsibilities
included overall portfolio management of
a single fund, administrative responsibilities
with respect to all funds, and a continuing
responsibility for analysis of financial
stocks. The United States Steel and Carnegie
Pension Fund manages in excess of $10 billion
retirement assets for six different accounts.
The fund that Bill manages has approximately
$1.8 billion in assets.
As a Chartered Financial Analyst, Bill is
a member of The New York Society of Security
Analysts and the New York Bank and Financial
Analyst Association. He is also a member
of the American Bar Association. |
