as tutors for the Spring 2009 semester. They are available to all School
of Business students at no charge. Students who need assistance in courses
that do not have tutors allocated should see their instructor.

Students without an appointment will be received
on a first-come/first-serve basis during office hours. Around exam periods,
there may be some wait time, depending on demand. It is advisable to schedule
an appointment.
The tutor's role is primarily a homework helper. He/she will go over
problems and try to pinpoint problem areas in students' work. Tutors
are not here to teach material that you missed because you were not in
class. In order to get the most out of a tutoring session, it’s
in your interest to try to do problems before seeing the tutor and indicate
exactly where you are having difficulty.
Students must bring all course material to the session—textbook,
calculator, notes, etc. |
