obscenity, pornography or violation of the rights of privacy or publicity,
or c) spamming or any other offensive, harassing or illegal conduct
or violation of this Agreement. You agree to indemnify us from and
against all damages, costs, and fees awarded in favor of third parties,
and you will indemnify and hold us harmless against any and all claims,
demands, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses and costs (including
reasonable attorneys fees; collectively, "Losses") suffered by us
which Losses result from or arise out of the above claims.
Choice of
Law/Forum Selection
Sites are hosted on Duquesne
University computing resources located on the
Duquesne University campus in Pennsylvania. You
agree that any dispute arising out of or relating
to these terms or any content posted to a site including copies and
republication, whether based in contract, tort, statutory of other
law, will be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, excluding
its conflicts of law provisions. You further consent to the personal
jurisdiction of and exclusive venue in the federal and state courts
located in and serving Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, as the legal
forum for any such dispute.
